Receiving Webhooks

Step 1: Create Receiving Webhooks

Login on API Online Live Support dashboard

1.1. Click on "Receiving Webhooks" --> click on "New"

1.2. Enter "Webhook URL" --> click on "Save"

How to test?

For testing, you can use webhook.site

1. Visit webhook site website: https://webhook.site/

2. Copy Unique URL

3. Enter Unique URL into OLS dashboard under Webhook URL (Follow Step 1.2. Enter "Webhook URL" --> click on "Save").

4. Send a message and you can see response under webhook.site
